AFFP 250/250 Air Transfer Face Plate

This face plate series presents a mild steel louvered grille which is designed to satisfy all types of air transfer application in offices, shops, schools, hospitals and many other commercial projects. Manufactured using modern press machinery and production techniques. This face plate is robustly fabricated from 20swg mild steel and comprises of horizontal louvres set on a 8.5mm pitch with a 30% downward deflection.

This face plate is suitable for internal, surface mounting in doors and walls. The steel construction ensures that the unit is satisfactory not only for intumescent fire grilles but can also be used in standard air transfer applications, utilised with the wide flange border providing adequate clearence for fixing to the surrounding structure. Slimline and unobtrusive the unit offers a free area around 70% for economical selection. Standard finish is Satin Aluminium or a white finish is available, please look at our options for pricing.
